Cracow University of Technology
The Cracow University of Technology is the innovative and entrepreneurial university, fulfilling with the equal commitment the educational and research mission combined with technology transfer to market. It is regularly considered in many prestigious international ranks. In 2016 Cracow University of Technology was among the 100 best universities from Emerging Europe and Central Asia countries. It was also only fourth Polish university to be put on te world’s educational ranking.
Currently, there are nearly 17 000 students. It offers 25 courses in 8 faculties:

- Faculty of Materials Engineering and Physics

Such great choice is equal to variety of available educational paths, facing the challenges of modern world and studying under the supervision of qualified academic teachers. University scientists are constantly working on new inventions which have significant potential for implementation. Many among almost 1200 research-and-teaching staff as well as didactic staff are superb specialists, engaged in many teams, including international ones. Their knowledge and skills help to keep university on leading position in country and in the world.
There are many successfully implemented initiatives that engage industry partners. Cooperation with companies is based mainly on joint R&D projects, expert consulting, educational projects, specialist seminars and workshops as well as organization of student internship and employment programs for graduates.
